LUNCH IN PROVENCE

For lunch our light and fresh menus, composed of fish, grilled meats, stir fried vegetables, generous salads, cold soups… as well as the chef's daily suggested menu starter – main or main – desert) and our low calorie dishes

are all served on our naturally shaded terraces every midday of the week (for midday weekends and bank holidays please see our gourmet menu below)

GOURMET MENU

For the evening meal try our generous French cuisine; lobster ravioli, Aveyron lambs, raspberry soufflé… as well as the chef suggested menu (starter – main or main – desert) or something from our ever changing half board menu.

All served in our newly renovated restaurant or on the beautiful terrace in the gardens.

COOKING CLASSES FOR ADULTS Jérôme Héraud, Head chef at the hotel restaurant Cantemerle Shares his passion for cooking by opening his kitchen and garden to all those amateurs of French cuisine. The cooking classes, base on simplicity and love for food are fun, friendly and accessible to everyone. Jérôme will share his passion and knowledge of fresh local ingredients as well as products from around the world. The workshops take place in the gardens of the hotel by the chef’s herb garden full of fragrances from Provence. EVERY SATURDAY MORNING FROM 9.30AM TO 1.30PM Price per person : 49€ including lunch – please reserve in advance : +33(0)4 93 58 08 18. COOKING CLASSES FOR OUR LITTLE CHEFS Fun and exciting cooking classes for little chefs from the age of 7 to 12, based on simplicity to discover through enjoyment cooking and pastry skills Jérôme will share his own childhood memories of cooking and how he got his passion at a young age from candy floss, rice puddings and caramel The work shops take place out side next to the herb garden which will be used to teach the children to recognise the different herds EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM 2PM TO 4.30PM Price per child : 29 €, including lunch (one parent can participate with their child) Please reserve in advance : +33(0)4 93 58 08 18.
